IIS Intelligent Information Systems Ltd. announced that, one of its external directors, Mr. Philip Stein, has informed it that due to his other commitments, he cannot properly devote the time required to serve as a member of the Company´s board of directors and audit committee and that he intends to resign at the Company´s next general meeting of shareholders. Consequently, at the next general meeting of shareholders, the Company proposes to elect another external director in his place. The candidate proposed by the Company´s board of directors is Mr. Adrian Auman, who currently serves as Corporate Vice President for Finance and Investor Relations of Orbotech.
